How it Started with BuildingBlocs
Jeff’s journey started with a simple conversation and a copy of The Adulting Guide, a BuildingBlocs book designed to help young adults navigate life’s challenges after high school or the military. The book resonated with Jeff and sparked deeper discussions about his aspirations.
Recognizing Jeff’s interpersonal strengths, I connected him with Bob, an insurance professional, for a pre-interview. Within a week of leaving the Army, Jeff was offered a job, marking the start of a promising new career path.
