Our mission is straightforward: to deliver powerful social-emotional learning programs in ways that are accessible, engaging, and transformative.

Why We Built This
THE BRIGHTPath Academy was born from lived experience. After years in business, leadership, media, and mentoring, founder Aaron Kershaw saw a gap: people weren’t being taught the everyday soft skills that truly matter, how to lead, budget, parent, and communicate.
So he did what any Marine-turned-mentor would do, he built a solution.
Through BuildingBlocs Literacy and this growing academy, we’re creating clear, practical pathways for veterans, parents, professionals, students, and anyone ready to level up.
