HOW IT WORKS (FLOW)

You’ll get technical training + group facilitation coaching. -
Curriculum Assignment
Select the BRIGHTPath pathway or series you’ll lead (Mind, Leader, etc.). -
Launch & Support
Launch your first group. We help with marketing, recruiting members, tech. -
Grow & Iterate
Receive feedback, refine, add subgroups, host community events.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want people who are:

Licensed or experienced counselors, therapists, ministers, recovery coaches, addiction counselors
-
Committed to facilitating safe, compassionate, emotionally grounded conversations
-
Available weekly for 60- to 90-minute live sessions
-
Comfortable with Zoom / livestream / hybrid formats

Interested in building their community, impact, and (when we scale) compensation or revenue share

We’re serious about holding safe space. As host, you’ll agree to:

Confidentiality & privacy protocols

Handling crisis referrals (you don’t have to be a crisis hotline)

Maintaining non-judgmental, inclusive, trauma-aware practices
-
Having co-host or backup when possible
-
Reporting guidelines, moderation of harmful behavior
