Aaron D. Kershaw, Founder and CEO of BuildingBlocs Literacy LLC and The BRIGHTPath Academy, is a U.S. Marine Veteran with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management focusing on Finance, Economics, and Behavioral Science.
He has passed the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 exams and holds New York State licenses in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty Insurance.

Mr. Kershaw previously worked with Ameriprise Financial Services, managing client relationships and supporting fiduciary planning systems.
While BuildingBlocs Literacy LLC and The BRIGHTPath Academy are not affiliated with Ameriprise Financial, we recognize their commitment to fiduciary responsibility and encourage participants to seek reputable, fiduciary-based financial advice; beginning with their local bank or certified advisor.

All therapeutic, behavioral, and emotional education materials within The BRIGHTPath Academy have been clinically reviewed and endorsed by Dr. Billye J. Jones, LCSW,
who serves as Chief Clinical Officer and Research Director for BuildingBlocs Literacy LLC.

Dr. Jones provides oversight to ensure the accuracy, ethical integrity, and clinical soundness of all emotionally focused and trauma-informed materials published or distributed by BuildingBlocs.
