Lori-ellen Pisani, PHD

Dr. Lori-ellen Pisani serves as President of The BrightPath Academy and Co-Creator of the Pisani–Kershaw Human Development & Life Readiness Program. She leads the Academy’s mission to equip individuals with structured, practical skills in emotional fluency, communication, resilience, and leadership across every stage of life.

A lifelong educator and instructional leader, Dr. Pisani brings experience in elementary education, school administration, curriculum development, and community-centered learning. Her work reflects a deep commitment to strengthening learning environments while empowering individuals with the tools necessary for responsible decision-making and personal growth.

At The BrightPath Academy, Dr. Pisani oversees academic programming, professional certification pathways, and adult learning initiatives. She ensures that all Academy offerings reflect the disciplined, developmentally sequenced architecture of the Pisani–Kershaw framework while remaining accessible, practical, and applicable in real-world settings.

As a certified life coach, psychoanalytic practitioner, author, and keynote speaker, Dr. Pisani integrates behavioral insight with structured instructional design. Her leadership emphasizes clarity, measurable progress, and sustainable skill development rather than trend-driven or ideological approaches.

Under her direction, The BrightPath Academy serves as the adult and professional learning division of the broader PKP ecosystem, extending structured human development beyond K–12 settings and into leadership, family, and community contexts.

Dr. Pisani’s work is rooted in a simple belief: human readiness is teachable, regulation is rehearseable, and structured development builds lasting stability.
