BuildingBlocs Literacy LLC is committed to ensuring that The BRIGHTPath Academy learning platform is accessible to everyone regardless of ability, technology, or environment.

• Interactive exercises and assessments

3. Platform Design and Hosting

The BRIGHTPath Academy is hosted on Kajabi LLC, which provides the technical backbone for our website, courses, and payment systems.
Kajabi maintains its own accessibility standards and offers built-in tools designed to support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and text clarity.

While we cannot modify Kajabi’s native framework, we actively review and optimize our own uploaded content to ensure compliance wherever possible.

4. Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review:

• Course videos for caption accuracy and readability

• Images and graphics for descriptive alternative text

• Document formats for screen-reader compatibility

• Color contrast and text size for readability

When feasible, we replace or modify materials that do not meet accessibility standards.

5. Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our site or materials may not yet fully comply with accessibility standards, particularly:

• Legacy PDFs or scanned documents

• Third-party integrations outside Kajabi’s control

• Older video files without closed captions

We are continuously improving these areas and welcome feedback to help us prioritize accessibility upgrades.
